Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time (UAE)

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Sharjah: 5–10 business days

  • Other Emirates: 7–12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on demand, customs, courier operations, weather, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS (when available). Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Costs
